There is a battery low protection circuit built-in. If voltage lowered than 11.2V, it will shut down the de-oxidation process. Once battery voltage level recharged, it will start working again. Sounds like very fail-safe.

just neasured again after returning home,
Switched on headlamp for 1 min after shutting down engine to remove surface charge in battery.measured again at 12.75V.
Let' see tomorrow.
I was going to ask as it would create static, wonder if the car will get dirty easier, so it is the other way around. Good to know. Then my next question is would it interfere with the other electronics or radar in the car?
