Tried to compare the 10 year spending of a Lotus Europa with Tesla Roadster as they are quite similar.
Please comment, let's see what we can put into the comparison table.

Assumptions as below:
service every 8000km
chassis wear and tear:
every 20000km 1 set of tyre
at 40000km front brake pad
at 60000km wishbone bushing
at 80000km all shocks, all brake pad, front brake disc, steering pump, steering ball joints, engine mount, alternator, a/c pump, condensor, evaporator, blower fan, cooling fan, dust boots,

Brake Tyre and AC should apply to Elec too,
but the usage would be different.  

Tyre would be slightly higher usage while brake would be less.

Also another thing to consider is that in terms of performance, should use a SE to compare so the base price should be higher.

Engine service:
8000km oil change, air filter oil filter
16000km spare plug + 8000km service
24000km all belts + 16000km service
56000km cambelt, water hose, thermostat, water pump, tensioner + 24000km service
80000km radiator + starter + gasket and oil seals + 24000km service
104000km exhaust +56000km service
