Low engine oil pressure

according to our service manual
For Fiat 16v turbo
Engine oil grade during specification is Selenia 10W40
oil temp at 100Deg C, oil pressure is 1.1bar, at 4000rpm, 5bar

For Fiat 20v turbo
Engine oil grade during specification is Selenia 20K 10W40
oil temp at 100Deg C, oil pressure is 1bar, at 4000rpm, 4bar

換新油, 換新油泵. 出現現象係:
油壓低, 油溫高

Anyone knows if the 20v turbo oil pressure relief valve is a built-in in the oil pump or is fitted in engine block?

除一般原因外, 還有可能是
油底內的油泵咀砂網有障礙物. 令吸油不順.
而吸油不順, 令運油量減少, 結果不夠油去冷卻, 油溫因而上升.

可以做的是, 拆下油底, 檢查吸油咀和直至油泵的連接油路.

我懷疑呢舊野塞左。
不過未知有咩可以塞住。
想問最近有無用野洗引擎內部?

塞左會吸唔夠油上個泵度, 個泵出現氣泡, 壓力低左, 少左油, 油溫自然高.
不過如果新嘅唁應該塞.
我再唸.

純粹估下, 可能個油冷有氣.
因為整車時車頭向上, 放油後油冷內油完全放盡.
而入油時油冷頂部空氣未能排出, 令油冷只有半成冷卻, 令油溫高.
又可以試下, 拆下油冷, 掉轉佢, 油喉向天, 鬆開喉咀放氣.
