I believe Z32 with Twin Turbo + MT would be your choice. Get one from Japan and it
is cheap. 90/91year can issue lic now. Z33 is very big eat. R32 will be the final weapon
but your wallet will be bleeding.

For R32 with, RB26, really costly to modified amd engine parts are expensive from Nismo.
For Z32 with VG30DETT, you can get cheaper parts in US.
Both are very powerful car but Z32 is not popular in Hong Kong and resale value is low.
