I just checked out the S8. Body is in less than average condition with scratches at both rear fenders, paint work is dull with spider web. The protective plastic shield just in front of the rear wheels are all cracks. The front passenger seat leather is not ok. No tax and sitting for months. No inspection of any mechanical things. Better stay away unless the price drops significantly. the owner is still thinking around $85k is reasonable.

How about Subaru Legacy?  The 2000~03 can be within your budget target, and fuel efficiency and cabin space is a lot better than Impreza.

    My boss drives LS460 and S5 in Taiwan, and he said the S5 drinks like a fish......while Taiwan's petrol is like 1/2 the price of HKG.....

Thanks everyone about the ideas.
I bought my footcar already.
It is a Peugeot 406 because it is cheap and quite roomy.
2000cc lower tax & fuel economy should be good
anyone know the tel no of scrap shop since I need to scrap my 7 seated
