I bet it would be no change at all within 1 week, as they would use the excuse that they need to deplete the more expensive stockpile of stocks before channeling in the cheaper stocks!

Tax is only part of the issue, the main culprit being oil companies are far too greedy and form a cartel for price control for too long and the f#@king government isn't doing anything about it!
