Battery Pack is very heavy even for Li-ion, just look at Tesla Electric car, it weights 1238kg vs an Elise MK2 (725kg Rover engine, 860kg Toyota engine, both NA engines) that it base its chassis on. The Super-7 weights less than 600kg, unless the factory is only interested in a short range blast between re-charge, the battery pack will need to be pretty massive to achieve anywhere near 120km operating range (today min level to be considered practical). Such battery pack will easily weight more than 300kg alone, it will be a big challenge to pack the rest of the chassis, drive train etc into the remaining 300kg envelope to form a 600kg package.
I am not saying it can't be done, but I would believe it when I see it!
