Personally I hate stretching tyres, i.e. placing narrow tyres on wide rims, as I don't believe that with the side wall at wrong angle will have the same support as the vertical one. The other side of the camp also claimed that a stretch tyre will have lesser flex on the tyre wall during cornering since it is already stretched. And the debate goes on forever.
