德國改裝廠Wimmer RS調校了一部VW（福斯）Golf R小鋼炮，將原本270匹的馬力拉到478匹，而且取名紅魔鬼（Red Devil）。當然，紅色就是指它的車色，而魔鬼的意思就是說它這可怖的大馬力輸出。

基本上，標準未改的Golf R是四輪傳動，搭配2.0升的TSI引擎，馬力270匹、扭力35.7kgm；經過Wimmer RS的外科手術後，馬力變成478匹，多了208匹，扭力也變成62.2kgm。不過說實話，它的外型是沒有馬力數據這樣嚇人倒是真的。

Wimmer RS改了它原有的渦輪增壓器、ECU電腦控制單元、進/排氣系統、噴油嘴等部分，依據廠家自己的描述，紅魔鬼可以跑到291km/h的電子速限極速；在底盤方面，懸吊、剎車部分也同時做了一些加強的功夫。

If the tunner is using the standard factory crankshaft, he will need to smooth out the boost in order to get some reliability in there. otherwise a forged crank + rod is the only way to go.
