I assume 9500 pond for selling price = HK$120k
Tax = HK$42k max.
Shipping + Lab test = HK$20k (guessing only but should not be far off +-10k)
HK$182k

I 'm talking with the owner about his car, he said that when he brought from dealership around $310,000. So i think the reasonable price now $210,000. May be will make apointment to look look .
