I can supply you with one of the more advanced manifolds, these have
cone style collectors, they are lighter and all round better finish.
I'm selling these for £275 each and the delivery to Hong Kong will be
£100.

無所謂係咪大陸野啦, 我而家都好接受, 佢運去英國地址都係十磅, ok喎.
20v turbo無升級, 只係更換型.
有ceramic coating加, 不過無報價, 未知幾貴, 我仍然打算加硼帶.

Ceramic coating is very expensive, as it needs specialised equipment for spraying the ceramic material, I doubt it any HK base garage nor modification shop has this type of industrial strength equipment.

Only if your existing 20vt cast iron exhaust manifold has cracked between no. 4 & 5, otherwise there is no need to change.  On the other hand, this16vt aftermarket design is an equal length one, so it will benefit the air flow to the turbine.

Simon,

After you received the manifold, check the aligment of the holes to match with the head and turbo. The one that I installed, it needs to drill out 2 hole to match the head and one hole to match the turbo housing. If you cannot do it yourself, it needs to go to a machine shop for the potting. Hope the one you receive is his second batch and with a better spec.

Asked him, and he confirmed the holes are good now. I feel less worry. Thanks jason for the reminder.

Hi Simon the holes are now perfect and I have also matched the ports  
perfectly to a spesso gasket. Like I said these are a much better  
manifold. Paul

頂. D螺絲位斜嘅! 跟蕉比果粒stud又長又頂.
好在, 憑我多年對冶金學嘅認識同我無比嘅勇氣, 加上二十二世紀的最新力學倍大衝擊工具同雷射切割裝置.我唯有利用衝擊工具找尋金屬出現yield point時的狀態, 以45度, 大力咁勁揼. 放入個turbo時再施加足夠壓力, 令到佢就範.之後再用精準的切割工具將多餘部份切除.
咁又攪左兩個鐘.只係將個turbo上住條蕉, 而成抽野仲係地下.
都好過寄返比鬼佬.
不過我對呢支蕉真係無咩信心一take OK.

阿良意見係粒野一定唔穩, 仲可能迫爆個turbo殼. 下次比佢撥大個窿安套絲落去.

因為條蕉有少少唔啱位, 令到掛埋個turbo上去之後, 偏差愈來愈明顯, 其他固定碼、喉, 都唔多啱位, 又有一部份過份接近其他野.
總之, 原來原裝蕉係最好.

阿Ben, 裝啦. 佢好好好很勁.
我已校低左到1bar. 4000轉打後有一段力, 再到5000仲兇狠.
爭趾拖波好順, 轉數上得好快, 一夾即合.
不過4000轉前後度力有好明顯分別, 唔知係咪就叫做大左turbo lag呢?

用返個原裝EBV, max只有0.7bar, 道力黎得無咁爆. 上得好輕鬆.
