Motor timing advance

原來係咁timing advance會令摩打過熱, 要快, 應用齒比配合直路最終車速.

齒比都會令摩打過熱

唔明唔明.
乜唔係用個Kv值乘V=nominal rpm
再用rpm乘gear ratio= max road speed
如果個rpm唔係過高就唔會有overheat問題?
等我計計先
4370Kv x 7.2V = 31464rpm
摩打gear ratio 61/19 = 3.21
尾牙gear ratio 39/15 = 2.6
Total gear ratio = 8.346
tyre diameter 65mm, 圓周= 204.1mm
當1分鐘摩打轉31464rpm, 轆轉31464/8.346=3770圈, 即係769.4m
行60分鐘就46164m, 即係我架TT01E極速係   46.2km/hr

kv Value= rmp/volt = RPM per Volt

如果Loading 太重(= Gear ratio 大細) 都會over heat .....Punch 太大 , Timing 太大又會Over heat ....

4370Kv x 7.2V = 31464rpm  e度有問題......你pack電峰值時 唔會係7.2V

   摩打gear ratio 61/19 = 3.21
尾牙gear ratio 39/15 = 2.6
Total gear ratio = 8.346
  
     E 個ratio 對於 9T motor 來講.....太慢....... , 而TT01 可變既Ratio 又好有限...... 死症......

我個Leopard 4370 Kv屬2 pole inrunner brushless設計. 唔知advance到幾多係最理想呢?

Many brushless ESC allow the user to set the Electronic Advance Timing.
High advance timing (hard timing) is suitable for high pole count motors (above 6
poles, such as Jeti, Mega, Plettenberg).

High advance timing gives more output power at expense of efficiency.
Low advance timing (soft timing) is suitable for low pole count motors. It gives
higher efficiency with some loss of output power and is recommended when long
run-time is the primary goal.

A recent type of brushless motor is the so-called "outrunner".
These motors have the rotor "outside" as part of a rotating outer case while the stator is
located inside the rotor.

This arrangement gives much higher torque than the conventional brushless motors, which
means that the "outrunners" are able to drive larger and more efficient propellers without the need of gearboxes.

In general:
More timing - More rpms, less torque.
Less timing - Less rpms, more torque.

As a result, with dynamic timing (e.g. HW120A ESC + sensor B/L motor), we can achieve

Low rpms with less timing, more torque;
High rpms with more timing, more rpm.
