機電工程署對的士集體死火事件已調查一個多月,至今抽驗的所有中石化石油氣樣本全部符合本港標準,而在死火的士過濾器上發現的粉末,亦證實是石油氣所含的硫磺,但硫磺含量並無超出標準。機電署最終可能無法確定的士死火的元凶,變相放生中石化。
大批的士上月初在中石化氣站加氣後死火,機電署成立了專案小組調查成因,小組昨舉行第三次會議。機電署在會後的新聞公佈中表示,在中石化抽取的石油氣樣本尚有部份送往德國的樣本仍在化驗中,暫時未有分析結果。
石油氣樣本符港標準
據了解,所有化驗報告都顯示中石化石油氣樣本符合本港的標準,目前仍未完成的只是石油氣所含雜質的詳細分析報告,但由於雜質含量並無超出標準,所以並無證據顯示中石化石油氣有問題。而在死火的士過濾器上發現,懷疑導致死火的粉末,經化驗後證實是石油氣所含的硫磺,但中石化石油氣所含硫磺無超出本港標準。機電署最後的調查報告可能無法確定的士死火元凶,只能推測一些可能原因,因此不會有任何油公司要為的士死火事件負責。
汽車交通運輸業總工會的士分會主任杜燊棠對機電署未找出原因感失望,現時大部份的士仍未敢光顧中石化,被迫光顧較貴的油公司,成本大增,斥機電署失職,令司機無所適從。
I really don't know WTF is wrong about Appledaily, if the test lab reports (Germany & PRC) mention that Sinopac's LPG is within acceptable standard, then how can this F*&king newspaper presume Sinopac is guilty and talk about "放生中石化"! This Editor should have his brain examined! The whole essence of Common Law / Basic law is that presume innocent until proven guilty NOT the f*&king other way round!

If the Taxi(s) have been modified before hand to lower the idling speed to save fuel, then don't blame it on the Gas company / 機電署, it is your own responsibility to use sub-standard parts and face the consequences! In fact, shouldn't this problem be looked at from Toyota point of views, as the vehicle manufacturer would understand the fuel system better than anyone else!
Just like for the private car users, if we tune up the turbo pressure, something break, we don't blame on anyone else except oneself and get it fixed! |
