Yes, it is. 3K for a SS manifold for a European car is actually very reasonable.
that is why i am planning to get it.  And see if anyone wants to share the shipping.

according to the seller, it is a replacement.  Since there will not be any significant improvement in performance, there should be still be marginally better as the flow is improved, but more important, is that the reliability.  All non- LE 20VT's manifolds have a design flaw, which makes them to crack quiet easily.

I think it should be ok, as it is only a replacement, and not an equal length one.
