Need to investigate for the possibility of fitting a 20v turbo (or Nissan??) master brake cylinder.

If I remember right, the master brake cylinder between the 16vt and 20vt are the same size.

Then is it possible if we reposition the push rod anchorage point, so as to advance the brake sensitivity?

You're using calipers from 20vt?

I think u modifly the push rod is same as u shift up the brake pedal higher, should help a bit for heel and toe, but the force still not smooth.
It happened on mind, I brought a 剎車真空倍力器,it just a metal cylinder with a vacuum gauge, install between engine vac hose to brake servo, the theory that should increase the volume of the brake cylinder. I haven't install it yet, duno it can help or not.

sizes of master cylinder as below:
20vt - 23,812mm diameter
20v - 23,812mm
16v all - 22,225

i.e. 16v turbo, area 387.751mm2
20v turbo, area 445.104mm2
it is a 14.7% increment
but i think, at least 30% increment will be useful in this situation.

Yes according to workshop manual, the master cylinder diameter is different. 20vt is bigger than that of 16vt.
But it seems that the brake servo is the same.... Maybe finding a 20vt master cylinder can solve the problem?

Pls just add a variable resistor and direct connect the cabin fan system laa, otherwise she will be un-driveable during Spring time!

換左個水溫制, 用個梗頭好過卜頭. 帶左個卜頭返屋企, 點知拆埋水箱都唔夠位入, 焗住拆埋下水喉. 又搞到一地都係.
