Similarly interesting is the Club FWD class, not only for the variety of cars involved but for the pace they are setting. Marco Haig’s Fiat Coupe was back with a bang, notching a Class win but also finishing its quickest lap faster than a number of 4WD cars in the final. The Civic Type R piloted by Dave Thorpe posted the second quickest time in this class with Bo Nielsen’s Astra VXR continuing to win fans with a 3rd place, although they may both have their work cut out trying to prise Haig from the top of the podium in future.
