有無大佬知道長江中心停車場入口係唔係可以穿返上紅棉道 , 唔洗塞皇后大道中???

oh I see... this is interesting... but it is not that useful unless you need to drop off somebody at Cheung Kong.

The other side of the tunnel actually emerges from Citibank Plaza, and you can either :
(i) drive downwards via Garden Road and route towards Admiralty via the fly-over on the left
  or
(ii) drive upwards via Cotton Tree Drive and use Kennedy Road towards WanChai.

但係應該避唔到皇后大道中喎, 就算上到去花園道都出唔到金鐘方向

Yes, you can.  If the security guard stops you, just take out your camera and start filming and then ask him again, that is a public road and he must let you pass!
