稅貸減息戰繼中信嘉華劈息至 2.06厘，永亨銀行即自動減息硬撼後，渣打昨推出稅務貸款，以免息作號召。年底前，全新或現有渣打優先理財或 excelbanking客戶，開全新「渣打紅利出糧戶口」，並選用還款期 12個月或以上的貸款，悉數稅款或最高 30萬元將獲免息。
貸款金額可多於稅款，但稅款以外部份要付利息，如稅貸金額 50萬元，分 12期攤還，首 30萬元可豁免利息，餘下 20萬元則要付 4320元利息，以總貸款額 50萬元計，實際年利率 1.62厘。專業人士最高貸款額為稅款 3倍或 150萬元，其他客戶則為稅款 2倍或 80萬元。
至於已持有「渣打紅利出糧戶口」的指定理財客戶及一般客戶，分別可享 6個月及 3個月免息優惠。

I don't understand, do you mean that StandChart charges a fee for the loan, or some other banks would offer up front cash rebate?
