I agree 16" looks better on appearance, for a foot car my main concern is weight, fuel efficiency, accelerations & cost of tyres + investment in a set of alloys. If sticking to 16" then I might as well keep the existing 16" steel wheels, otherwise I can go for a set of light weight 15" alloy wheels, I get savings from the lighter rotational mass, cheaper tyres etc ........ $$$$
Just don't feel that a 120hp car will need 205 tyres. Coupe is using the same width section of tyres despite having almost 70% more horse power! |
