2月17日，2010年F1官方試車第三輪繼續在西班牙Jerez賽道展開。在當天結束的首日測試中，Red Bull車隊德國車手Sebastian Vettel名列第1，首次公開亮相的Lotus T127賽車圈速則落後了9.2秒。

糟糕的天氣再次妨礙了F1車隊的季前測試工作，整天下來陽光只偶爾出來露露臉，其餘時間則是降雨與霧氣瀰漫。Sebastian Vettel的最快圈速1:22.593是在午後初期做出的，而McLaren車隊Lewis Hamilton則是利用測試快結束前、賽道逐漸變乾的最後時刻做出了好成績，以0.424秒之差排名第2位。Ferrari車隊巴西車手Felipe Massa排名第3，以上兩支傳統強隊都遇上賽車機械故障，並因在賽道上停車而引發了紅旗。

測試里程最多的是七屆F1世界冠軍Michael Schumacher，他駕駛Mercedes-GP W01跑了111圈，巴西老將Rubens Barrichello駕駛Williams FW32完成了109圈，但是其間有兩次技術故障導致的賽車停擺。F1新軍Lotus車隊新車T127首次參加集體測試，馬來西亞車手Fairuz Fauzy總共跑了76圈，最快圈速落後頭車9.2秒，不過他們仍領先已有多天測試經驗的另一支新隊伍Virgin車隊。

Actually, the tickets are not expensive, also there are the Lawn seats.....about HKD500 only.
