20VT Clutch kit

Seems it is time to buy a clutch kit for preparation. My clutch seems to be worning out....
So, heard in the past that the Valeo kit got some problem? Is that true?
Should I try the QH set, or even an "uprated" clutch kit?

So, heard in the past that the Valeo kit got some problem? Is that true?

I think there has been some issues to do with installation rather than the quality of the product.

Check with Afla GTA clutch set, they should fit for 20VT and can
stand for larger power.

Yes indeed, Alfa 156/147 GTA clutch has the same dimension with the Coupe 16/20vt clutch specification, and good to hold close to 300bhp. Any idea how much an Alfa GTA clutch cost?

According to the UK forum, they are directly changeable without any modifications. A lot of guys use it after they increase the power to 280~ish bhp and the standard clutch start slip, GTA clutch is a good alternative rather than going for the heavy duty one!

But it would be the best if you ask Jason (Parts man) to double check it with AA before ordering.

台仔報Alfa GTA Clutch, Valeo NT$9800 (~HK$2450), 貴過英國 (~HK$2000+shipping)好多喎。

Consult with AA a few months ago when DL was enquiring the GTA clutch for his 20VT. AA mentioned that it should be fit with out any issue. However, if you order the GTA clutch from 台仔, I will back up by above statement since I do not order it from 台仔 and do not know which type of clutch they supply.
