我覺得你裝套舊彈簧膠都未必吾刮沙板，我以前後軑刮沙板裝左都繼續刮，幫助好少，而且裝左呢舊野會影響左個彈簧行程跟住架車會多左無為既彈跳，如果係後軑還好，裝前面架車會浮下浮下咁...

我係你最好就較番o岩個offset，吾用spacer，買過Ｄ螺絲，再吾得就修改沙板內隔，再吾得俾錢人摺輪弓邊。

我既問題係套鈴個offset太盡，條鈴出得濟...攪一大輪...買過套彈弓。而家後座坐滿人有時都會少少刮到。

Patrick 講得啱。 我諗緊前面最細offset應該係幾多呢? 而家係10mm， 如果縮到6mm又得唔得呢?
跟住要升高番條避震大約10mm， 所以我諗option 2 唔係咁work， 佢只係限制彈弓行程， 唔係提高部車。

我對40呔冇咩野好感....所以我先揀45呔。 而家我當然想繼續用45呔喇。

With hub centric spacer, 10~12mm is minimum otherwise there is insufficient material to secure the hub extension.

Or you can invest in a set of coil-overs like what Jockey / JRT did, and you don't need to worry about the ride height anymore.

just back with the 緩衝墊, 結論效果不大，我諗下一步要換尖頭胎。

Elvin, 你會唔會照抄 Letsrock 既 setting 好 D 呀？大家都係 17吋 OZ, 就算 ET值 唔一樣, 都係加減數計番個 Offset 係一樣咪得 lor.
