Personally, i find the BLT Burger to be overpriced, as it is very similar to Shake'em Buns. For S'mB, the one in central is cheapest among all as they have a set special, 60 for a cheese burger set, with Burger, fries and a can of soft drink.(Stairs and wellington Street).
One with a big appetite can try the BLT brunch on Sundays.
Panash has great bread.
