DIY adjust the suspension ride height

Dear all, do you recommend if I adjust the coilover by myself? I have only got a Jack...
Is it too exhausted to do so?

Today I went to garage to make it higher again, but I want to lower it just a little bit.

If I got two 欖橘唧, is this safer to do so?
I'm just fear I haven't got enough energy to finish all 4 adjustments.
